The Uprising bundle had Republique as it's teaser, and nearly every game in that bundle was badass; Snake Pass, Smoke & Sacrifice, Masquerada, etc. It was only $5 too! I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.

I bet it will be Mars: War Log for tier 3 and first 2 tiers are X and Y mystery key!:-D Because, you know... Fanatical...
or some combination of it, war logs wouldnt be enough strong to sell a tier 1 alone, too old now and never was mainstream popular game.

Mars War Logs was T1 humble bundle. I got it with a bunch of other decent games like Yesterday and Space Run for a dollar. I'd be disappointed if it was anything but tier 1 in this bundle :|

Me too. Fanatical are partners with Bethesda.................it doesn't fit with the fugitive theme though. That would be so awesome though. I have it on PS4; would gladly get it for super cheap on PC.

Roughly 8 hours from the time of this post. It will have 3 tiers, with the most expensive being $9.99 (£9.49 GBP/ €10.75 EU/ $13.39 CAD/ $15.99 AUS/ 759 ₽ RUN). It includes Mars: War Logs. Hopefully there will be some great games to be had.
