Do we need browser notifications?
If you use AutoJoin extension for SG on your browser you'll get a popop notification everyonce you win.

And the best thing about it is that it literally joins everything. You don't want any of those? No matter, it'll keep your points at zero all the time. (Plus its users are among the most hated people on the site, but that's just a small side note.)

If it's only a notification about winning, I say yes. And that's already bult in in AutoJoin extension.

So... It's 2016 year now & lot of browsers supports notification popups... May be it's time to add one to steamgifts? e.g. "someone won your giveaway!" or "you won" etc.
