Back in the day it used to be websites that you could sell your photographs, mostly stock ph so they wanted in bulk. Textures, animals, etc.
IG is okay and if the pic is really good those with skills will try to cover/remove your watermark, but it's something at least. Also, a low-res could help showing that it is but not really useful or worth to steal so there's that.

Likely a controversial opinion but you could try looking into the potential to sell them as a NFT collection. While I personally do not understand the hype there're plenty of people out there willing to throw money at gambling on these, and if you can generate enough interest (you'll have to do the research yourself) you can potentially earn a tidy sum as the creator since you take little to no risk. If you do decide to go this route though, make sure you do heavy research since it's almost guaranteed to get stolen, so you're essentially betting on your original collection to gain enough goodwill that people will be self-policing it. Also the space is full of stupid people and scammers so tread carefully
