That was sarcasm lol. Writing "You're welcome" to every "ty" is a bit unnecessary. You can just write "You're welcome" in the description if you want.

Since a lot of that is not sincere in any way.... I would go with "no" :)

People don't mean it - they just say it to look cool etc.

You might post some big game, in Description write. Sorry, my bad - this giveaway is a scam and won't happen, and You would STILL get a lot of "thanks for game, dude!". Imho that's a bit pathetic ;)

That is a strong assumption there. Actually two, one for people not meaning it and two for expecting everyone to skip description. It is true that some fall into either or both categories, but for everyone, I don't think so.
