help needed with creating giveaway

It's simple. You can't.

you cant attach the gift.
wait til giveaway ends then send the gift through e-mail or add user on steam and trade gift

You can't send gifts automatically through steamgifts if that is what you mean. You have to send them through Steam and then mark as sent - using either e-mail or add people as friends on Steam.
