So I have bought some keys from Bundlekey. Both normal boxes, and premium boxes. I won some cool games from there, premium box that is, like Ultra Street Fighter IV, The Witcher 2, Batman Arkham City and so on. I gave away some of these keys (check on my account) and it turned out some were junk. I tried some others myself, fro example that The Witcher 2 key I got freshly new from there. The moment I took the key and activated it, Steam returned a value of "This key has already been activated". That happened for a few keys, and I was very upset. I sent mails, and support tickets to Bundlekey. The one-month old ones and even the new ones, have got back no reply at all. Like seriously, nothing was given as a reply, notification, or anything.

I gave away Ultra Street Fighter IV, and the winner can't activate the key for the same reason. I can't check if the keys are legit or not, because once you check them, they are activated. Now I don't know what to do, should I buy a legit copy for him? Or should I just apologize and have everyone have a bad day? Either way, I believe Bundlekey is a scam (not Bundlestars). Do you agree? Which are your thoughts?

Most likely, but not always. BunchKeys is a good site, from my (granted limited) experience.

The site in the title, on the other hand, I never heard of.

Came here to say this. It's an excellent rule of thumb.

Seems like I just got scammed. I won't get anything from there again. I'll also try to make out for that specific loss. Thanks for the help

Talk to the dude and ask him to agree to delete the giveaways.
Try contacting them through other means like facebook, twitter, other email, maybe there's a system on their website, etc.

Next time you can check siteJabber or other website rating sites.

"I won some cool games from there"

Nope. You bought garbage.

You "won" a lesson.

It's like my grandma used to say. "It's fun, it's healthy, it's good exercise. The kids will just love it. and we put a little sand inside to make the experience more pleasant."

I think they are affiliated with G2A. Should be enough of a sign right there

Don't do that, you will get banned for breaking the rules. OP, send ticket to support asking to delete the giveaway. Winner comments that they agree to delete the giveaway. Solved.

No dude, I sent you an email. I want to make up for it. I currently only have a copy of Batman Arkham Knight and Bioshock Infinite on hand. I don't have enough money to buy ultra Street fighter IV. Just choose one and I'll send it to you via email

Make-up gifts can help to get the winner to agree to deletion (but usually aren't necessary).
