YouTube suggested video problem

Frequently, videos I load have only five suggested videos, all of which completely irrelevant to what I watched, in both language and genre. For example, when watching a rant, I got the Ted 2 trailer with Hebrew subtitles (even though I don't view trailers with Hebrew subtitles) and 4 videos whose titles were in Arabic (even though I don't watch videos with titles in Arabic). Can anyone help me?
