Hello,
I have recently done a big train using lots of keys I hoarded from a bunch of bundles. I used the gift link thingy from the humble bundle. Now some users are commenting saying their gifts are already used. And when I checked the links that I did not yet send to the winners from different gibs, they half of them were used too. I used two humble accounts and the links from one of them are all gone. Have you seen something like this happen? What can I do ?

What can I do ?

Contact humble support. I don't know if they can or will do much about it, but I think they can help you more then we can.

EDIT: You don't appear to be the only one having this kind of problem: although in this case it's only one

It's probably their end since a few users are having the same problem. Only way is to contact humble support.

I'm guessing you activated your gift links well in advance? While the source of the issue is still uncertain, gift links do appear to 'expire'. Contact Humble Support to get them reset. If you want to avoid the problem in the future, just don't make gift links until you're ready to send them- I've yet to hear anyone complain about an issue when using that approach.

That is a relief. Never did giveaways this long so did not know about the problem. I was here thinking I got hacked again. If that is indeed the problem it should be a few button flips for humble to just reset them.

It really doesn't matter if you got hacked, if the gift links got hacked, or if Humble expired them- Humble Support has a very solid reputation, and is quite reliable in revoking problem keys and sending you fresh ones. That said, I'd reset your e-mail's password, to be safe.

thank you for the relief. I should have searched the discussions but I was really scared thinking of the cost of rebuying all the keys I wasn't thinking straight

I can't fault you, the on-site search wouldn't pick those up easily. Just was linking them for your reassurance. :)

Yeah I've seen a few reports of this here and there (as someone kindly linked above). I'm glad I didn't really use the feature, opting to generate keys instead as a general rule. Hopefully your account has remained secure, nor have the links been brute-forced and it's just something benign instead. Good luck, Humble support should be able to sort it out.
