So basically I was playing CS:GO and then some ranodm guy added me.
I accepted his request and I checked his profile.
He had lots of Screenshots of CS:gO knives.
Then, he went offline and set his profile to private.
Is this a possible scammer?

As long as he doesn't try to force you into buying something, I would say in dubio pro reo... but if he kinda randomly added you, you aren't acquainted and you find him not trustworthy, the question is rather why did you add him in the first place?

I don't know, if you feel uncomfortable and him to be sketchy, just kick him. Problem solved ;>.

Was it a German? I just remembered some CS:GO player added me too but never sent a message.
Edit: A few days/week ago
Edit 2: Just checked. Doesn't seem like a trader etc. Maybe I'll get around to asking them myself ;)

Ah, was a different guy for me.
It's possible it was a scammer or a mix-up. Better delete the link now.

Was your inventory set to friends only? If so, he probably wanted to see if you had anything worth scamming you for.
