Overture added to account today, question is how?

Anyone else get this game added to their account today? I got it but its like I don't have it. It's not in my list of games on my profile page and I don't have a license for it, but it is in my game list and my badge list says I have 3 cards to drop.

According to steamdb it was added aside with Ruzh Delta Z and TeraBlaster 3 hours ago; looks like both went f2p* ; You probably have one of those games.
As far for why, I have no fcking idea :)
