Question about former steam group members

Why some group members who was kicked out/left lately (even today) are gone from steamgifts members list and other who was kicked out/left months ago are on it (darker/grey/inactive)?

those that are still in it never synced their account to steamgifts.com & those who are no longer in it actually have synced their steam account and steamgifts accounts together.
