Well, you can always purchase them in the market.

Search for a game on your steamapp folder that has a text document with a name as steamappid or something like that, it has to be text

half-life 2 have one, I think TF2 also have that, Jamestown, etc, just search for one c:

then you look for the steam app id of the game you want to get cards, copy it paste it on that text document, replacing the old steam app id and then you launch the game from the .exe(The one one with the edited id), not from steam and it should work

SAM wont help with cards, you need time played
just edit the steamappid file in any game to the appid of game you want cards from and launch the exe. will give error, dont cancel. steam will show you playing the game you havent downloaded yet :P

Are people really useing SAM ? It sort of defeats the purpose.
