So, my giveaway ended about 3 days ago, i already sent the key but the winner hasn't claimed yet. I checked his profile some times and he was clearly online many times since then. How long should I wait to request a new winner?

You have to contact him sometime and after 7 days you can send ticket with proof that you have contacted him. But if he has seen the key (you have sent key and he has been online at that time) you shouldn't reroll because he may have used it. Send request feedback ticket then.

Be patient, the winner has 7 days to activate and mark, same as the creator has 7 days to deliver the gift. ;)
