I made a giveaway from a old bundle and found out later that the key is region restricted. So I was apologizing to him because I don't have enough money to buy that game for the full price to give to him, so I would have to ask Support to remove the giveaway.
And I asked if he could give me the key back so I could create a giveaway with the right settings (he claimed the page).
He answered this, but didn't make much sense. So I don't know if he intend giving it back or no.

Honestly, I'd give the key up for lost. Lesson learned. Just move on. Ask support to delete the GA because you didn't know the key was region restricted. If you've never had this happen before, I can't imagine they wouldn't understand this one time.
