Level problem

I think that many of the games you have given in the past have been set to 0 CV
That happen the same for me for some indiegala gameplay keys.

That's not a problem, that's a feature.

This changes when the base price of games you have given away changed. When a game is bundled or given free, a date is associated to this event and items given before the date are unaffected, but a base price reduction does not have a recorded date, and can still affect your CV considerably. This most often happens on games given at or above $50 (often reduced to 35, 25, 10, etc, see Call of Duty, Battlefield, and such for examples), but can happen to bundle trash on occasion too.

As others said above (below?), it is probably because some games have been reduced to 0 CV. You can check with SGTools, if you want to see which ones.
