I created a ticket on Playfire, GMG and contacted them directly via Facebook. Ticket open for 3 weeks and counting. Their customer support is a bad joke to say the least.

well its a beta... and as rewards arent working as intended yet (obviously) they are getting like 14.000.000 tickets per day. No wonder their support is slow :P

The more I try it and read about it the more I'm convinced it shouldn't even be called alpha. Alpha software and games are more user-friendly than this. But hey, we're giving away free money, so we can do whatever we want and people will still like it.

I think the greenmangaming & playfire accounts who were linked during the Golden Joysticks Awards or whatever giveaway from GMG, got mega bugged = > even they cant fix that shit instead they confuse us more,gg.

It's their fault to be honest. On GMG they said to use Paypal e-mail. So I did a few years back when I registered there. But for every other accounts on sites I use my personal e-mail, not the Paypal one. So when registering on Playfire I used the usual one.
But I don't think I'm banned. People who are banned can't even log in (they get 500 error when trying). I can do everything there, just can't change my e-mail. Let's not speculate and wait for their response.

Actually at first I did the same. I used to have my Paypal email on gmg, and registered on playfire with the one I use for a lot of other things, but then when they started asking to have the same email on both sites I changed my gmg one to the second one. Don't know about your problem, but it worked for me and I still use both sites, earn rewards on playfire and buy things on gmg without any issue.

You know what? That may be it anyway. Considering how bad their system for checking achievements is I wouldn't be surprised if their SAM check is also crap.
Most games unlock all difficulty achievements at the same time if beaten on the highest difficulty. You may have enough same time unlocks to trigger the SAM flag.

You have 8/8 Woodle Tree Adventures achievements, but have 0 hours played. Why still do it when Playfire banned you?
And no, they aren't a bitch for banning cheaters, if they didn't, a ton of other people would cheat and they would have to kill the service, that way people who actually play their games for GMG credit would get punished. I really hope they make it possible for users to report cheaters, I would gladly do it.

Have the same problem as you but i didnt use different emails,instead i wrote my first letter as capital when i register in playfire!(I'm getting 500 too when i want to change email)

I had that problem last year. About a year ago (I think - no idea when exactly it happened) they changed the way Playfire and GMG work together. You used to have a GMG account and a Playfire account and were able to link them together. Then they decided to simplify by saying if you create an account on one service you automatically get a linked account created on the other. But they had a bug which meant that if you already had an account on both (using different email addresses) then two new "phantom" accounts get created, and your original accounts get unlinked and linked to the phantom ones instead.

Same problem here, contacted gmg and was told to change my email address on my account page, when I told them this didnt work and asked them to change it I was told 'our system doesnt allow us to change your email, sorry' which imo is bullshit and I wasnt a happy bunny considering the amount of money ive spent on that site. A friend told me playfire might be more helpful so i contacted them last week and im just waiting for playfire to respond to my support ticket.

Good luck with Playfire. Sent them a ticket because no matter what, my credit stayed in my Playfire balance and would not get into the GMG account. This has been a month ago and first they seemed to be onto it, and even reset my account later on, but almost 2 weeks ago I only got an automated e-mail that said something about not getting the chievos which is a problem I never had, so it's good to know that they're not even reading it. Ever since then, I haven't even heard about them.

Every time I contact them, the first reply I get is a seemingly automated one that clearly shows that the customer support rep never read my ticket (I hate you, Karl) and afterwards it takes around one week to receive another reply, so I feel your pain.
Regarding the playfire balance and the gmg one not syncing, I would recommend clicking on the "Spend it" button from playfire(the one that sends you to gmg), then logging into gmg, that way it usually syncs for me within 12 hours.

I did that all the time and it never transferred from the beginning. Guess I'll have a good 11 pounds to look at and not be able to spend because support is now seemingly ignoring me.

I hate to say this, but... you're screwed.
That's exactly what happened to me, and they are completely unable to fix it. Not like they're stupid and can't figure it out... it's that their system integration is so poorly implemented that they literally can NOT do it.
So, now I have two Playfire accounts and two GMG accounts. I just want my GMG games all consolidated under one account, but we're probably more likely to get a Martian president before that happens.
GMG has some decent deals sometimes, but FFS, they're a bunch of knuckleheads sometimes.
EDIT: Okay, at first they were stupid and couldn't figure it out. I had to yell at them in caps and type in one syllable words because the customer service/tech support reps just kept giving me canned responses and weren't even reading my tickets. I really blew my stack... first time I've ever gotten so frustrated that I let it out on CS/TS. Normally, having been there years ago, I'm pretty understanding, but this was like talking to someone who was TOTALLY stoned.

If: the achievements registered on the rewards page but credit hasn't, wait.

Since you are serious i think we are talking about different things. When i login www.playfire.com there is a balance box which shows some money in it with a button labeled "spend it". When i click that it directs me to gmg site but with no credit. Should i wait a few days to spend that money at gmg after i click it ?

So I never let you know how it turned out. I couldn't log into this account after trying to change my e-mail many times so I created a new account on GMG. I used the same e-mail as I had on Playfire. Then I just submitted a support ticket in which I explained the whole situation. They responded that it's against their TOS to have two accounts so they asked me which one I would like to have deactivated. I responded I didn't need the first one cause I couldn't log into it anyway. So they deleted my previous account and now I have a new one and it works perfectly with Playfire. GMG support is rather slow but pretty nice.
This Playfire thing is pretty nice but I wish sync would happen more often. Sending money from PF to GMG is pretty fast (mostly just a few hours) but registering actions you did in games on your PF account takes a few days. DAYS! Can't they just implement such sync button like SG has?

Hey guys
I have a problem with Playfire. I used different e-mail on GMG and I used different one on Playfire and now I guess my accounts are not connected. And money from rewards doesn't transfer to my GMG account. And I can't even change e-mails there. When I try on Playfire it says 500 internal server error and when I try on GMG I click "save" button but it doesn't do anything.
Do I have to write a ticket to support or can I solve it faster?
