I wouldn't count on it. Only some games in the PS Store are crossbuy. If the store page for a game shows that it's crossbuy with the Vita, then it's possible that it'll work on the Vita as well - but like I said, I wouldn't count on it.

The title. Just bought a used Vita for PRETTY CHEAP, and everything works perfectly fine, other than the fact I only have Fifa to play on it. I remembered the PS bundle came out few days ago and the games have PS3 and PS4 icons only, but I'm pretty sure some of them are available in the Vita PS Store, which leaves me wondering - would some of them work ?
