Don't mark as received. Contact the giveaway creator and ask them for the full version of the game. If they fail to deliver, mark as not received after the seven days have passed.

Don't link to the GA in question, it's calling out and can get you into trouble. Instead report the person (giving away demos & beta keys is not allowed and will get the person suspended) and mark it as not received.

this is really frustrating ... both the behavior of the creator as well the fact that there is a key for a demo, that makes it even easier for those scammers to get a received for it...... :-(

In my opinion this is intentional...this is like scam...those should get a permaban....but from what i have seen so far, suspensions are handled very gentle....in this case it will be also handled as fake-giveaway, beta or even misleading...and if he gots a suspension....... he will be back after 3-5 days..... and again we are responsible to check every winner and creator like sherlock....cause we got no information on former suspensions.

Thank God, this thread wasn't about MGSV:GZ being given away as a 'demo'. That game at a discount is totally worth it. its basically a 'prologue' and not a demo. it has a main mission and 4-5 side missions which can be completed in different ways. plus it has wide variety of leaderboard challenges. So, i wouldn't exactly call it a demo.

But when activating the key it's actually just the demo of the game, I'm thinking I shouldn't click received as it's a $30 value game.
