I strive to complete every game I play. The only reason it's at 98% is because of 3 games:
No Man's Sky
Planet Zoo
Journey of a Roach (to be completed in November)

Are you referring to real game achievements from games like Dying Light, Cuphead and Nuclear Throne or the "achievements" you get from shit games that have no weight... oh boy!! I got this 10 cent game that offered 100+ "achievements" and all ya have to do is start the game, how awesome! /s

I'd say the same thing about myself, I sometimes put more gaming hours into my week than working hours...
I do try and go for 100% if I like the game, or if it's not too grindy to do so XD

Hmm at the beginning of the year I set myself a couple of goals. If I went well, to reach 100 completions, otherwise would be extremely happy still to hit 80 by the end of the year. :)

Fun fact, most games that spam achievements don't actually count towards your achievement count! Steam's pretty clever with it, if a game has hardly any reviews, too many achievements (not verified either) or matches other requirements, the achievements and such wont count towards your numbers until the game is checked over if it passes that.

The "Steam crackdown" only happened recently. Take the Zup! series, for example - most of those games do count, and are one of the infamous series people used to get the thousands (over 10K achievements, if you're "lucky").
So, yes, most games don't now, but many people who have been around long enough have already got the acheivement-spam games in their accounts.

If I remember correctly, at levels 10, 20, etc of your Steam profile (shown on top right of your profile page) you unlock slots on your profile, where you can put certain beautifiers predetermined by Steam, such as achievment showcases, text fields, image slots/showcases, and some other. 2 of those related to achievments show you your achievment count and, average completion rate, and nr of 100% games. You can access both of those when you edit your Steam profile You don't even need to publicise them, as they show up in full form while editiing the proflie.

It's misleading for sure - it only counts games with achievements, and the percentage is only based on the achievement games you've played - there's no succinct way to say it, I doubt Steam would call it the "Average % of achievements gained from games with achievements played" XD

Yup, you need to link to the image itself, not the page it's on. Remember to add a ! to the start of the syntax as well.

Had more perfect games but some devs added new achievements and messed up my stats. Also I stopped to care about achievements and I just play for fun.. And I'm not going to waste my life on replaying for example "yury" with less than 5 deaths xD

Mostly inflated because of a ton of achievement spam games, but I generally try to be as efficient as possible with all games (and usually finish what I start, which avoids dragging the rate down).
As for foil badges, I believe I have two as well - my profile badge (because TTM is awesome) and some random shovelware game just because it was dirt cheap. I'm currently collecting a third one for another of my favourites, Tricolour Lovestory.

I'm currently at 3,280 achievements, 4 perfect games and a lousy 16% Avg. Game Completion Rate
I have 111 badges, two of which are foils.
I know this sounds like a brag topic, but it's just out of sheer boredom.
