Reporting Users ?

Hey, somebody won my giveaway and some Russian dude added me on Steam, who is clearly not the dude who won and asked for the gift.

Ofcourse I sent the gift through email but is there any way to report that guy and have him banned ?

Create a Support ticket with any relevant information and include that person's steam ID in the ticket. To find out a person's steam ID, you can use this site - steamidfinder.com.
