Have your reviews published somewhere (Steam, Website, Blog, etc), creating a group/curator page helps. Have at least 1,000 games in your Steam account so you don't look like you might be a new or fake account (also keep profile public though you probably already do if you're on SG).
Then contact (not spam!) some developers and see if they would like some sort of promotion/coverage for their games. Keep track of everything so you have some sort of "resume". In my case I use pastebin to show all the past promotions/giveaways I've done.
Stay as professional as you can, even if the theme of the game itself is "silly". They will usually agree to give you giveaway copies of titles if you're able to provide some sort of coverage for their title (review, YouTube video, Twitch Stream, etc).
That's all I can currently think of to do. It's a little more time consuming that it may seem, as you'll be doing a lot of communicating with people at different times of the day. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Eventually, others will contact you instead of the other way around to set up events.

He/She have 62 games and a lower level account.
I don't assume that devs/publishers see that as enough, in the most cases. At least not the majority of the ones i work with
Besides that is he/she 1 month at sg and can't provide them "experience".
He done 5 GA's, so not really experience there too.
That's nothing against the user itself but he/she don't fit into all you listed, so maybe a shorter list had done the job too^^.

Hey there!
I've been putting off making this topic for awhile as I wasn't sure what to say or how to promote my group.
I've recently been doing public giveaways on behalf of some developers in order to promote their titles.
I started a Steam group recently (July 30th, 2020) in order to keep track of my giveaways.
I didn't expect it to go anywhere, but new members have been joining each day. It definitely feels nice watching the number go up.
In addition to the public giveaways I host, I'll try to save one or two keys for a private, group-only giveaway, as a thank you to those who join.
These are listed in the second post of this thread.
