Every decent game deserves an occasional rebundle. That way people who didn't catch the first one can get it the next time. Ofc it's lame if a game gets included too many times (looking at you, fanatical) but being in 2-3 bundles in 3-5 years sounds nice.

I bought BL3 Ultimate for under £8, this one is at minimum £13, so not a HL, unless you're buying only from steam, then you would be correct.

First time a GMG bundle is more expensive in Brazil than in USA.

It was some bug or whatever on site for Ukraine, where on the start in closest 15 minutes after email letter the price was ₴325 ($7.28), but at the evening it was already ₴671 ($15.02). So, adaptation was the same as regional price in Steam for games and adequate, but after some time something changed and GMG sticked to all the same price for every region, which is bizarre for me :/
