[help] If the Wrath of the Lamb DLC is 0,49€ (2€) for you, please tell me where are you from.

Cause I messed up ?cc= in my browser, and can't figure which one is it. So far pl is the closest, I can get WotL to be 0,49€, but Skyrim is unavailable for me. In Steam client, Skyrim is available and WotL is 0,49€. HELP PLX. Or if you know any other way how to check to which ?cc= you belong.
