I got a key, which I accidentally registered to my account despite owning game (whoops) :(

Anyway, from what I heard keys was gone by the moment they tweeted it, it was up before that.

That's the first time I've heard about this. Does it give a different message than "Product Already Owned", so you know for certain that the key you used can't be activated any more on a different account?
