If you're receiving "All changes are in your computer Disc" then I'm assuming you've installed Google Drive on your PC and aren't just using the online version? If you click on "All changes saved" dialog, it should be bringing up a list that shows all the revisions of the document. You are unable to edit these unless you restore to that specific revision. As you said, it saves by itself so you should be safe there and in order to open it again you'd go to the folder you specified for the local Google Drive or your online Drive by following this link.

Hello.
I have to make an translation with 1000 lines and I already have started it, but I am afraid to close the Google Spreadsheet, so I don't have to start over. It saves by itself, but when I click on ''All changes are in your computer Disc''. It shows everything I have written, but I cannot edit it. So, how can I save it and edit it later? Sorry, for posting this here, I couldn't get any help on answer websites nor google.
Thanks!
