Combine giveaways page and archieve page

They have similar functions. Combining them, we won't have to generate query pages for every user. We can have a option that hide the pages we can't enter just using CSS. Is that viable?

most users don't use Archive functionality - yet even if not generating massive additional server load it would consume bandwitch on functionality that is not important to most.
