Since Gamersgate has a sale on Tomb Raider, I was thinking of buying it or the Survival Edition.
Before I do, is there any places where I can get it even slightly cheaper?

I've seen some people selling it for 3/4 keys on steamtrades, try looking around there.

yeah give steamtrades a try. Many people (Including myself) want to get rid of our last steam keys so you'll find it for 4 keys with ease, which should be cheaper than buying it from a store right now.
