To be honest I don't know. I usually don't check IMDB - it's just a guideline. around 6 points is the lower limit of a movie that's kinda serious about itself to be enjoyable for me - lower than that and I expect either a shitty movie, or if it's a monster-kind of a movie, a fun one. That's the genre that can be good even if bad because the bad actors will die >:D
Most of the parasite/monster movies are a go - they are usually bad, but I like them. Grizzly Park was a actually surprisingly good experience, though I had terrible taste in that time - not sure if I would like it now.

I have a soft spot for Under the Cherry Moon, classy B&W romcom with fun characters and great music!

The Resident Evil films. Not sure the exact ratings, but I know they've not been very well received. I find them to be really fun popcorn action flicks, though. They're in the same category as Van Helsing or Underworld movies for me.
A truly poorly rated film that I enjoyed is Ultraviolet. It doesn't have great writing or acting, but it's fun, and it has some well choreographed fight scenes as well as a few humorous moments. Like this one

Yes for Resident Evil and Ultraviolet! Great movies. I love Milla Jovovich. xD

Ben-Hur (2016) Definitely worth watching this one :)

The Fountain (Daron Aronofsky) is an absolute brilliant movie. A masterpiece. One of my favorite movies ever. And it has a 51% rating on rotten tomatoes...

Yes ! And while we're on the subject of "underrated Rachel Weisz movies" : Agora.

Definitely the Resident Evil movies. They're amazing to me, and probably one of my favorite movie franchises of all time. It's a shame they get so much hate from butthurt fans of the game franchise just because Alice is not in the game, blah blah blah.

Revolver took a lot of shit for overreaching but I could watch it a thousand times
Dobermann - Mindless but utterly charming
51st State - Ditto

Nacho Libre has 5.7 IMDB so doesn't count fully but a 40% Rotten Tomatoes rating. I honestly think it's the funniest film I've ever seen. I have watched it so many times and know the lines backwards. Anyone that hasn't seen it needs to, seriously, it's the beeesstt (Said like Jack Black)

By poorly rated I mean like a 5.5 or below on IMDB or less than 50% on the Rotten Tomato Meter for both fans and critics (some films critics love that audiences hate, and vice versa but if it's hated by both groups, then it must really, really suck).
I don't care what y'all say, I LIKE Master of Disguise (1% Critics/31% Audience). It's stupid and I find it funny regardless.
