Can anyone help me find the name of this Windows Manager?

Hello there.
I'm trying to remember a service I've used a few years ago and for the love of God I can't remember the name. It was like a manager for Windows, and it had online options as well. You controlled mostly everything from your laptop in your online page.

I do remember the logo was a power blue logo. Kinda looked like this:

I know it would warn you about Windows updates, battery percentage, compare your PC with others, let you control the startup programs...
