If I were to guess, I'd say probably because that's a 6-year old giveaway from BEFORE it was free?

Not familiar with this game or how long it has been available for free, but sometimes it takes a while for SG to update the value of games. If you do a giveaway now, you will temporarily get CV but it will retroactively become zero once they update. This is how people sometimes level up briefly, only to drop back to a lower CV value a few days later.

Edit: Just looked at the attacked link. Yeah, Lokiator is right.

By your screenshot, it shows that GRID 2 giveaway was 6 years ago and from my understanding, GRID 2 was given away sometime last year. Since the giveaway started/ended before the giveaway promotion, it still gives CV. If a giveaway for it was made after the giveaway promotion, then it wouldn't give CV.

"No Value" and "Reduced Value" only apply to giveaways that were made after a game was free or in a bundle, not before. 6 years ago Grid 2 was not free.

GRID 2 was free around 14th March 2019. After that it has no value. Before there was value. Explanied.
