I'm a girl and have proof but won't be applying since I can't do the whole giveaway every month thing (don't really have as much leisure with money as I used to). More or less just commenting to say it could be a cool idea for a community in general, not just a giveaway group.

I feel like if someone made a group and said "men only, no girls" they'd be labelled sexist, yet somehow this is okay. It's a pretty big double standard, and I am a girl.

I also think it's a bit of an invasion of privacy to expect people to link to something as personal as their Facebook (and couldn't they just link to someone else's?) in order to prove themselves. I don't use Facebook but I know a lot of people who want to keep their private lives away from their online ones. A lot of people don't use social media sites at all so I don't know how you expect them to prove themselves either.

Also, if you're not a girl yourself, you're a bloody creep.
