Your question makes no sense.... do you mean APK files?

If so, then if you are on 4.0+; go to Security > Install from Unknown Sources. Then go ahead and get the APK from the internet, and boom.

Yes Angrygamer is right. You will need to download the APK of the app or game you want from another source. There are lots available if you do a google search.

Is Google Play not installed on your device? If so you have two options.

  1. Install a Custom Recovery (like Clockword and TRWP), then find a GAPPS file (they are everywhere). And then flash it.

  2. This is the easy method. Simply find APK files online.

I assume from your broken English that you have a hard time speaking. Please speak in your native language, I will use Google Translate. :)

if the app is not available in your countrys playstore, you will need to get the .apk file from somewhere else and install it with file browser programs like ES Explorer.
In order to be able to do so "Install from Unknown Sources" like said above has to be active on settings.
.apk files can be found with google for almost anything, but be cautious there are some shady websites, too.
