Bought a game and it was region locked

Bought another one with key from another seller, and it came with an extra copy.
It has no red flag or anything, just that has no description. The extra copy it has description. Given i can't activate it (plus bought another one), and if I could know where it's from, i can give it away, because all my friends are from Argentina, and doesn't work here :'(

I bought it again from another seller (with a key code) and was activated with no problem. At the exact moment I activated it, i received the game again, but as a gift. This one, it has a description about not being interchangeable, but the other one (restricted) not.

oh, and wasn't a 4-pack. it was bought as a gift from G2A labeled as 'Global', but this one wasn't. Bought another copy from another seller, but with a key code, and received an extra copy of the game.

It only says it can't be activated in my country, Argentina.

First buy, was a gift (no extra gift received) but couldn't activate it. Bought a second one (key code, from another seller), and came with an extra copy, as you say. I'm from Argentina.
