Batman Arkham Origins help?

Can someone fucking help me? I've been playing Arkham Origins a lot,and as soon as I stepped into the Final Offer Theater nothing loads and I fall through the map,and it fucking saved while I was falling and now I can't do anything except fall.I'm not starting all of this over

I have to be honest I love manual save. I have weird feeling of being safe if something goes wrong.

Exactly. That way when stuff like this happens, you can always revert to an earlier save.

+1. Games should have both manual saves and checkpoints. That way if the checkpoints are bad, I don't have to waste 10 minutes playing the same thing over. And if I forget to save, I don't have to worry and have to start over a level.

100000% agree with ya. Removing manual saves is a stupid idea. But what surprises me is that most of games I played don't have a damn manual save, but auto saves always have problems.

I had exactly same situation, when auto save was after a glitch happened, you got your ass kicked. Restarting last checkpoint only makes glitch happen again and again. What were they thinking? Making a manual save feature for devs is like making them eat turd.

wasn't the infinite falling glitch patched with the first patch from 11/2/13 and shouldn't happen anymore?
maybe your game didnt update properly so check with steam the files for errors.
when they released the patch it was stated you can continue from previous save.

They fixed it, but the fix only helped some people at specific parts. The forums have many people who are still getting this glitch in several different parts of the game.

I just noticed he doesnt own it on steam, so he cant do a file verification.
But check carefully if your game is patched to the latest build and if needed install latest patch manually.
(If you already have latest build only thing you can do is play the waiting game until they fixxed other falling glitches too)

I had it once, but a restart fixed it for me. But, that and file verification didn't work for a lot of other people.

I think I may help, you can download a save file prior or after the falling, thing is that if you're on steam it may proven tricky to replace and load that save. If you won't start over and won't wait to see IF they patch and hopefully fix the issue you're suffering, I can direct you to certain russian forum where kind users posted their save game, or I could share a save file that I downloaded in case of something like that happened to me, in a future. That's the best I can do for you now.
