That's a really hard question though because something cheap that I like might not necessarily be something that anyone else does. Depends on your tastes.

One question, is eBay completly safe? i know a lot of people use it, but i have never tried it by myself and i have never bought anything on the internet that has to ship from a different country. i cant understand how a shipping can be free if it has to fly over the ocean and get to Uruguay...

It's not 100% safe but, just as in real life, if you trade with people who have a decent track record, take reasonable precautions, and don't blindly enter into deals that appear too good to be true, you minimise your risks.

In several hundred transactions, all involving international shipping, I've only been involved in three that have gone badly, and Paypal refunded my money on all three occasions.
