It's time again for what should I cook this weekend?
Preferably a recipe with either ground beef, pork belly, or pork shoulder. Those are the meats I have in the freezer right now.

Zucchini "boats" with minced beef filling (I usually add some mushrooms, red onions and mozzarella)! Top them with basil, parmesan and a drizzle of balsamico & it's heaven. :)
