SMB is not region restricted to Italy?! I highly doubt that he can reroll region restricted keys. (if you mean that with repost) However: you are unlucky :(

Yeah, his key is region restricted. But the game itself is not. There is no possibility to see if the key is restricted and in which region. And actually he isn't allowed to give away these keys here because of this.

Hi today i won Super meat boy (thx david you're awesome!) against over 2k peoples but couldn't redeem my code because it says in my country it is not avaible, so i just told the creator to repost the code xD i really love that producer, i played a lot on the binding of isaac, and feel really bad because i entered many giveaways of super meat boys to win it. Now the question is, how do you know when a code can't be redeemed in your country? Knowing that would be really useful to stop wasting points on codes that you can't redeem xD
