If anyone has any questions what they are saying, it involves a Russian social networking website called VKontakte, think of Facebook, and Russian members of SteamGifts that use both. That's it.

"Russian VKontakte users of the site steamgifts."
VKontakte is a Russian social networking site. This group is for Russian members that also use VKontakte. This is your only warning for this type of behavior.
