Have you checked out Not pr0n? It's a series of really tricky puzzles that requires a good amount of thinking "out of the box" (the puzzles all make sense though). Might not be cellphone friendly though, if that's what you're looking for.
Oh and apparently Myst has been released for iOS. Plenty of logic puzzles there as well.

I had fun at https://www.cognifit.com/ some times ago, it could be used as a website or iPhone/iPad apps, but I'm not sure if it's still free

Start taking a course in something or better yet just study advanced mathematics and practice every so often, but then again that's too much effort amirite? and you probably need an app or light taxing task to give you the illusion you are actually doing something cognitively stimulating.

The fact is that you won't work anyways. You go on trashy time-wasting websites for being entertained when you are lazy, just like anyone else. I bet that noone of us would use all the time he goes on 9gag working efficiently instead. Work when you wake up- it is most efficient. After that you may continue using lazy-guys-websites.
