As a US citizen and already an owner of a 3DS and a digital copy of Super Mario 3D Land, this may not concern me as much... :3

To participate in the promotion, you have to be a resident of the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, South Africa, Australia, or Russia (man this sucks for Kiwis and the rest of the Europeans that miss out..hoping you guys get included later on before the promo is over).
Also, 2DS owners miss out...not to mention those who only have Super Mario 3D Land/have already registered their console + game at Club Nintendo prior to the start of the promo.
