In Germany we have 19% VAT, so it should be 15.29€. In Portugal you have 23%, so it should be even more, or do digital games use the 13% rate?

I only pay the 14.99 but its funny the way they put the prices.... on humble bundle its not like fanatical.... for example the monthly its 12 usd and i pay 10 eur....

Humble Bundle recently tested if EU customers accept paying VAT on top, they called it a "bug" afterwards:

Looks like the game is going into maintenance mode, so it's more or less fully released. They still leave possibility of new content in the future, though.

Thanks! I was going to grab Human: Fall Flat but it was on Gamesplanet for 3,99€ in May and Fanatical pisses me off with their Euro/USD free conversion thing (sales tax is one thing but then they should apply it exactly and label it clearly instead of making all Euros pay the same. My country doesn't apply 23% tax on games sales) but I still wanted to keep an eye out for other deals

It's not just games ,it also happened to vaping as well.
Luckily i mostly make my own e-juice these days so don't have to get stung by silly prices for a bottle of e-liquid.
But vaping hardware also has a big markup due to taxes .all it has done is driven a lot of people's cash into the hands of the chinese who sell stuff a lot cheaper.
Not something i'm happy doing but needs must.
If governments weren't so greedy maybe more cash-flow would benefit our own countries.
It's something all governments have done throughout history ,they never seem to learn.
