Is there a way to know when there is a paid game that beacomes free on steam for a limited time

I am looking for a service or a site that can provide information when a game is free for a limited time. If there an way how to get these emailed or just have a site thats 100% showing when a game goes 100% off.

Thanks. I have checked that site before but eventually they didn't announce every time when there was a 100% off and that's why I am looking for something other right now.
