In my opinion there super saver shipping and amazon prime crap is pretty good. Except the super saver saver shipping takes around an extra few days to a week, but it's free.

Well it clearly states on the page that you NEED Steam. So I would hope they would take responsibility for it. I mean, I don't care one way or another. It's the fact that I got ripped off, and it should be rectified. (This is the first problem I've had with Amazon.) I mean, I'm not ANGRY. Just a little irritated.
Everyone else seems to be vouching for their customer service as well, so I'll give it a shot. Thank you.

I've bought like 7 pages worth of games from Amazon including BLOPS from the recent Activision sale...all works. It's a problem with Amazon most likely accidently giving you the wrong code. :D

Whenever I go to activate it on Steam, it tells me "Invalid Product Code." It's in the AAAAA-BBBBB-CCCCC format. However, on the Steam site (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?s=86db55a05e821ce85db866f5bf3dac3b&ref=7480-WUSF-3601) it says "Call of Duty: Black Ops CD Keys in this format: 1AB2C-D3FGH-456I7-JK8LM-NOP9Q" So I'm guessing either Amazon doesn't know what they're doing, or they just screwed up. How would I go about fixing this? Making a complaint to Amazon? Or Valve? (With screenshots as proof of course.) I'm guessing Valve would just say it's not their problem and that it's Amazon's fault. And then I'd go to Amazon and talk to them about it, and they'll say they can't give a refund on digital copies. Am I correct? This is a total bummer for me, assuming I just wasted $20 AND lost a copy of Black Ops. Has this happened to anyone else? (With any game.)
EDIT: I know I posted a link of a hard copy. I did the PC Download option.
