What if I win but the giveaway creator chooses to select another winner? Would I be notified that I won?

I haven't noticed....

Anyway, if you win a green "banner-like" thingy will appear on the steamgifts page if you are logged in telling you that you have won a giveaway.

As they said, a big green banner on the main page. Failing that, click 'giveaways' at the top then 'view won'
