Voted for salsa... but I love guacamole when it's fresh. And you can't go wrong with nachos-and-cheese if it's real cheese and not "cheese product."

Multi-layer guac is great - when a friend makes it. So much work! xD

these polls should have more then one choice:). I'd go with having a great cheese melted over your nachos, with some salsa, a bit on it directly but not to much that it all gets mushy, you want some crunch so have some on the side to dip or add as you eat them and a really delicious guacamole because avo's are just too yummy and good for ya! so there you don't have to just choose one topping, have it all :D ( well now I'm in the mood for nachos)

Salsa, guacamole or spiced sour cream (black pepper, garlic, dash of lime juice, other spices to taste) for me. Proper cheese is good too, but that tends to be a bit much for an in-between snack or side-dish.

I voted salsa...but, homemade salsa. You should come to my house. I make pounds of the stuff at a time. You will leave >>>>--- MIND BLOWN ---<<<<

Guacamole for sure

If you're making nachos, obviously the answer is cheese, then chili, onions, scallions, and salsa, with guacamole and sour cream on the side.

But if I have to pick just one to eat with tortilla chips, then it's guacamole all day, every day. But homemade, of course, not that store bought crap.
