No you get the notification that you`ve won and then you wait for the GA creator to send you the key.

(not 100% sure though)

Maybe he mistakenly pushed it or is very eager :P

this is his first game won, so he might not know how it works

it shouldn't affect anything if you still send the key but perhaps inform him that you are sending it

Well if they received the key, but not from you, you can now create another giveaway with the same key :P Just joking :)
