Absolutely BF3. MOHW is deep in shit right now, many bugs and glitches are killing it.

If you like the lone wolf/single player Call of Duty type games go with MoH, because its a carbon copy with some customisation. But if you like the game with better graphics, destructable environment and vehicle warfare on a massive scale go with BF3.

MoH = CoD but with a different name and it says "EA" in the begining not Activision.
