So I did like everybody a short film using the source filmmaker (aka SFM) and posted it on YouTube.

Result : 40 views and 1 dislike. It took me around 30 hours to animate it and many , many trials on error.

BUT WHEN I SAW SOME VIDEOS THAT HAVE LIKE 6000 + views and which have taken the guy no more than 10 minutes to make.

I must ask: WHAT DID I DO WRONG???

I know that but You can understand the frustration because you don't have the recognition for your work.
But some guys achieve it doing almost nothing?

Its your first upload on a new-ish account... theres a difference between frustration and plain ol' impatience.
The best counter example is R33MIX. A-lot of videos, account since 2006.

Next time just say "Hey, I made a video in SFM what do you all think?". You still get hits, but you wont look desperate.

Views are depenedent upon fanbase, advertising, and whether or not people who watched shared/etc, not just time and work spent on something.

This video I found is 10X Better than yours. BTW Your animations are awful, you should try to make them MUCH SMOOTHER and you should also render the video at 720p minimum.
