Spotify free trial, Paypal.

Hello, has someone had a free Spotify premium trial? So I didnt notice that they have put my acc on a subscription list when I activated the free trial. I just got an email that I have paid for a subscription (that I didnt know that I was on) and was wondering if someone has had this kind of problem? Is there a chance that I can get my money back?

Update: Contacted Spotify support about a refund and today I have been already refunded.

You probably can get your money back. But this happens all the time. Before you start the trial they ask for some sort of payment, then once your trial is over they go ahead and bill you; and it the end they make money. Whenever you sign up for something that asks for some sort of payment contact them 1-2 days before and tell them to cancel your trial.

Actually, I've had quite different experiences with Paypal refunding after automatic renewals and subscriptions. Only took like two days and I got an email telling me that I got my money back.

ive had 3 cases where they went in the sellers direction and shafted me for my money so i will not ever use them scammers paypal again.

That's why I never do free trials if they already have/ask for my payment details, the only reason they do that is because they know a lot of people wont remember to cancel or wont even realize they need to cancel.
