err_timed_out error.

Hello there, whenever I go on reddit.com or gosunoob.com I'm getting err_timed_out messages by google chrome, this is happening since this morning, I've tried to flush my dns and ipconfig /release then /renew but nothing seems to work, anyone has an idea why is this happening? Thanks
